Before entering the gym

Please remember to bring a separate pair of shoes

DO NOT bring your daily sneakers

All participants MUST RSVP for class

New participants MUST fill out the liability form before they RSVP for class

There are no exceptions to these rules, otherwise you will be asked to perform 100 burpees when you enter the facility
